They're already going after Amazon(read Bezos)as the other super-tycoons are Party pets, like Gates, Tim Apple, and presumably even Elon.

The plebs don't have much money left to tax so when the currency goes south you have to target for revenue the unpopular affluent, like Bezos and probably some Big Oil, but fossil is not doing so well these days.

Bezos looks to be a pretty smart guy and I should think he has an appropriate part of his massive fortune overseas already or otherwise sheltered.
