Barron (dba x-train) had signed paper with UP (double track sections,build storage spur/station) for about $60 million dollars.

As was pointed out below, they paid a tiny drop in the bucket to UP and excuse after excuse after excuse followed about coming next year.

Barron also claimed signed papers with BNSF and Amtrak!

Barron then turned to renting varnish including the AEG cars to run a wino varnish turn to SB (to try an compete with the popular LA Rail wino varnish turns).

When Barron started getting called on his fiction (like using the scax laguna turn storage track at fullerton) , stock splits and company name changes and a "new" ceo appeared.

Don't forget the sp commute-looking cars x-train was having refurbished in Florida!

Barron has been a penny snake oil man a long time!

He also lived/loved off the press/people confusing the other Las Vegas rail projects with x-train (including the Z train lawsuits).
