Cute.

If "everybody's leaving California" and "nobody's traveling anymore because Covid" perhaps we won't need as many trains, and what we do get could be rationally reconstructed versions of what we have? Yes, I know, never expect anything rational in California - we're dreamers...

We did, however, build a darn tootin' good collection of freeways, even if we didn't take care of them.
