Progress Rail Tacoma closing ?

In the last few weeks, Progress Rail's Tacoma, WA. facility has been almost stripped bare. The old QNS&L cabs - gone. the Espee SW - 1500 that was rusted to the rails for 10+ years - gone. All the various bits & pieces of locomotives - gone. Today the 2 BNSF & 2 U.P. SD - 70 - P4 demonstrators - spotted on the Tacoma Rail interchange track.
Is Progress Rail Tacoma Shops closing up shop ?
