external link function & mobile phones

On a regular computer, clicking an external link directs you to an intermediate page about leaving the trainorders site, and then you must click "ok". Somehow, that intermediate page isn't programmed to work on a mobile phone yet, so you just get stuck there. Perhaps it works on a tablet computer, though. Oh well.
