Originally CB&Q #9939A, then BN #9902, and now MARC #64, the E9 makes its MARC station stop at Jessup, MD in June of 1994. The locomotive now resides at the National Museum of Transportation.

Bill Clinton was president and by that fall would have to face a Republican Congress and Newt Gingrich.
