Not me. I think Paul Claudel took some flack for that remark and qualified it.

Brasil is doing much better than BART with its public transport tho today's news on O Globo said the metro patronage is down from 2020.

It would seem that Sao Paulo should look into trolley buses more and light rail. Buses and trains there carry some really heavy loads so the infrastructure investment is justified. Dunno how they got talked into a monorail.
