Far as Amtrak telling the freight trains to pull over and let us by that ain't happening. The Supreme Court has basically ruled that Amtrak can not "take over" private property..that's unconstitutional. So question comes down to who spends the most $$$ lobbying..the railroads or Amtrak's ridership??
