Thanks to everyone that had their say in the refund. Never heard from TO but it finally showed on my statement, today. A credit for $64.00. I won't count my chickens until it stays for awhile. Wish he had just done the right thing last December. Would have been nice to get a note of "WHY" this happened.

But, back to the present. I think I will wait "a time with patients " before the SD&AE ever
gets moving.
