Replaing early IC equipment sets, which is way past due...

As usual, more good news for Amtrak....

I suspect given the service replacements, they are likely talking about more "California" sets, 125 mph. capable, FRA compliant, ready for service in the NE Corridor, and outside on the connecting through routes. The service agreements are the interesint part.
