Because John Rimmasch, who I actually met years ago, is typically involved in live steam, steam locomotive repair, refurbishment of display locos and other related work. Anything to do with steam locomotives these days invites opinion and controversy, but many have been critical of his work and activities. Much of the criticism has been deserved (IMHO) and a while back he had a court rule against him for a substantial amount of $$$ regarding a steam locomotive repair. There are too few left in the steam loco repair industry to begin with. His shop is in Cheyenne, but I wasn't aware he had expanded into AAR car repair shops.

Condolences to family and friends of those who lost their lives. Too little information to speculate as to what and why it happened.... and how not to have it happen again.
