Pipeline Transfer on SJVR Sunset Line

I checked with Mark Clay McGowan, who posts regular YouTubes on the Bakersfield-Tehachapi rail scene, who tells me the pipeline transfer facility at what I used to call Levee on the SJVR Sunset Railway line is now called San Emido and has regular oil trains running into it. Can anyone confirm this and provide any other info on how regular the train movements are?
