Santa Cruz pulling rails

Item #26 for the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission has the plan to railbank the railroad from Watsonville to Davenport. Roaring Camp is going to have to move their on/off-boarding operations from Boardwalk to Depot Station. However, County may make them close the Felton because they don't have legal rights over Highway 1 and 9.
