So you are you saying that you have proof that Caltrans was involved in some kind of a felony act which burned this brigdge under construction down? Have you reported this to local law enforcement? Or, is this just another episode of the troll posting on AP?

There are actually plenty of real screwups at Caltrans, that don't even require any crazy theories like this.... I have a friend who is a retired arson investigator, who now does insurance investigations, and you should hear the great stories he has about the construction companies that have collected and/or tried to, on this kind of mysterious accident... But, why would Caltrans burn it down???
