And the former mayor, now a Federal cabinet member, was accused of allowing faulty construction on the line during his tenure. Enough blame to go around there I would say. But hey why would anyone ask after all it's only a sinking lake bed in an earthquake zone near a volcano, what could possibly go wrong?
