U P Stored Power ??? In Seattle...

I spotted about a dozen Union Pacific units in Seattle today. The actual location is @ Van Asselt, alongside Airport Way South of Argo Yard. This is where Military Rd. grade crossing used to be. Some older GE Dash 8's, a tunnel motor, SD 60M's. The units were visible from Southbound lanes of Interstate 5. Stored Power or a BIG power move ???
