Containers often have interesting second uses. I have a relative who installs firefighter training problems in containers and has sold them very widely to fire departments. Think of a elaborate electrical panel with a fire in it or a persistent fire in what looks like a studwall with sheetrock, etc.

At Train Mountain we have about 40 containers used by members to store their live steam size trains.
