Always take CHP locations with a grain of salt. They're often fairly vague. In the vicinity but not at the point of impact. In this case, yes, if the sweeper was hit at a crossing it was at MacArthur, and the CHP responded to the point on Linne where everything stopped. So the CHP location is on Linne.
