My point is that people make assumptions on these boards all the time without any evidence. Lack of evidence does not make a case otherwise we would all be guilty of about everything. The
shippers on the Coos Bay line are honorable responsible companies. I think it unfair to predispose them to a lack of action without giving them the benefit of doubt.
