Yep, Sharon Greene did real good work on that.... Was it really that long ago, already?

These current improvements, for UP's wishes and better LOSSAN performance, is from the list of projects that the local agencies submitted as shovel ready for stimulus funding, all of the way back in 2009....

These were among the projects were rejected for inclusion in the Federal requests by "Ahnold", and only funding for the "runaway money train" was requested by "Ahnold", and all other truly "shovel ready" projects were put on hold for the CAHSRA fiasco... Now, thirteen years later we are finally completing some of these projects, like Leesdale...
