What makes anyone think uncle pete is going under? I do have a small position in UP and they are doing just fine thank you.

Buffet made me a lot of money by buying BNSF. I was happy to sell it to him. So let some other billionaire buy UP, I don't care. I'm in this for the money. I'll sell my stock to him for $250 a share. I live in a low tax state now.
