The souce I have was and is absolutely mum, as of when I asked them, about a week ago... I don't know if they know but can't say, or don't know, or don't want to say anything that could interfere with negotiations, but they won't comment on it at all.

I have a retired colleague up there who might know something about the what's and why's, but she is out of touch right now....
