Idea for using heritage units

I know it would take some extra planning at the UP, and Mr. Dickens has enough on his plate worrying about the locomotive, safety, etc., but it would add something nice to the trip if they used a few regionally-appropriate heritage units. For example:

The MKT "Katy" unit on Kansas City to New Orleans leg. (I know Texans would take notice.)

The MoPac unit on the New Orleans to Kansas City leg.

A regular UP unit could cover the rest (Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming).

Such a plan might require intervention by a railfan in the PR department, though, and it seems he retired a while ago. But maybe he could pass the idea along. :)
