The National Trust lists the Summit as one of 11 most endangered sites on its list today.
V&T & BLM are hoping to preserve a couple of Chinese walls on that route.
The Irish in Virginia City refused Chinese labor on that railroad beyond American Flat.
What you say is kinda funny and has an element of truth and racism.
But it's all history......enjoy it, preserve it, learn from it.
