A dozen or so pics of Mare Island were posted on a Facebook group --

I assume the smoke stack is for an old power plant, and these narrow gauge tracks were part of it.

On the turntable, I see a locking mechanism along the rim. Perhaps the round plate has to do with turning it or greasing the rollers underneath?
