I was browsing for information about the Kelley Park Express (as I went to Kelley Park yesterday and found the sad remains of the southern end), and stumbled upon a video of the train in operation from 1996:

One of the comments says that the locomotive is being brought out of storage for cosmetic restoration and display. That comment says it was from a year or so ago, so the pandemic probably affected that.
