L&I will do the investigation and assess fines. In this state, you can kill an employee and it will only cost you $15,000. Small cost when fall prevention on a project like that will run north of $25,000. Note, no guard rails or any other fall prevention in sight.

Side note, I knew they were going to deck the bridge, I did not know it had started already.
