SLRG has ongoing issues with their accounting software that prevents the company
from producing a balance sheet at this time.

So Mr Trustee, what did the firm YOU own do for that cash? The rr has been in bankruptcy for 620 days and DSI STILL cannot produce a balance sheet? And does not want to pay property taxes?

The trustee himself has sucked out $206,070 and his lawyers firm sucked out $365,187. Add all of this and the trustee is responsible for costing the railroad $1,238,409 which means $1,997 PER DAY?
