- PER MILE DRIVING TAX (on top of state/fed fuel, vehicle purchase/license, parts/service, insurance "taxes" you now pay (you sheep!)

(rounded up- $40B for "transit" like Caltrain electric and/or Del Mar bluffs and/or West Santa Ana branch and/or Weekend reverse service on SCAX routes and/or (dare I say..) Light rail in every HOV lane on "freeways" !
