Sweat the assets - shut down bases needed for evacuation, minimize resources

Cut troop levels to the bone

No quick surge capacity

Initially outsource then screw them over in a crisis

Severe cuts to daily local service - "Our mission is securing the airport, rescuing Americans outside the airport is not our current mission." Letting the smaller regional operators (Brits & French & Dutch) do that.

Refusing to expand the mission, because we don't have the capacity. That train has left the station.

Callous disregard to the customers.

Shameless and refusal to admit mistakes.
