Auburn WA yard

For the first time in memory since the Stampede Sub was reactivated in the late 90's, there are no trains waiting to head East in Auburn. The last train went East about 11 AM today and at 4 PM, the yard is empty. In the last 23 years, I have never seen that.

Is there some major work window on the Sub?
