There has been no change to the signalling on the Kansas Pacific line. The attached image shows the signals to be the same as they have been since 1998. The only different between 1998 and today is the installation of CTC from MESA west. The Kansas Pacific only has ABS signals at its sidings, with dispatcher controlled interlocking (thus the (M) on the timetable page) at each siding switch. The track between has been TWC with no ABS for a long time, although I understand the line once has ABS signals over its entire length.
