Passenger car history

Recently I came across a photo on eBay of a SP passenger car designated SPMW 7077. It appears to be some kind of heavyweight observation in faded Daylight paint. The window arrangement suggests that it is not a business car. It looks somewhat like a pre-1937 Daylight parlor-observation. The only info with the photo is that it was taken in San Antonio sometime in 2008. Does anyone have any history for this car?
