Thank you for the correction. As for the moves, they're more for saving operating expense than capital, but capital expense will of course be charged (and credited, for the sale proceeds of the SF property) when paying for the improvements.

One wonders why they're only moving as far as Oakland. If they really wanted to save money, they would go to the Central Valley someplace. Though the wonder isn't real, really, because we all know that corporate HQ moves normally are done only to improve the CEO's commute.
