Went by the WSAB in Artesia today and the ROW is quiet as a mouse.

I thought they were mostly done with this section?

Issues?

Nothing has changed in Cerritos and Bellflower as well.

With the quick work that was done on the Santa Monica line to get it up and running, why is the WSAB so silent?
