TL;DR: Air Canada announced adding freight capacity to Vancouver BC, after the highway and rail disruption due to the recent storms. Total of 646 tons of added capacity.
Why is this in a train forum? It's because I did some mental math. 646 tons is about 6 typical railroad cars (full but not loaded to US/Canadian capacity). Wouldn't be noticed if added to most trains. It's also about 180 trucks at 80K lb. each, or 90 double rigs. (See why trains are so much more efficient?)
