That would have been A HELL of a TRAIN WRECK...
The only portion of " Pacific Highway " -- aka Highway 99 -- in Kent,WA., is a stretch from 216th on the North, to 277th on the South; this is the far West city limits. NO Train Tracks within 5 miles up on that hill anywhere in at least the last 100 years.
