The Tejon Ranch Co. regards CAHSR as a ghetto blight and wants it as far away from the Lebec Kingdom as possible.

The Valley kinda gets what it deserves; Bako did not want the Tejon-Grapevine alignment out of fears it would become a bedroom community of LaLa. So much for the car theft capital of the US.
