I'm not sure I could compile enough glossary terms to publish on paper. That might work as a webpage, though.
The trouble with publishing etiquette is that the railroads would, in turn, fire back at me for doing so. I don't think it's my place to be telling others how to behave around railroads. That's not what Altamont Press is about.
