The line will not connect to the Blue line at Watts. But will connect with the four track former PE LB, sharing stations with the Blue Line, from Slauson Jct. north, where it will go west on the PE branch to Fruitland (where Bethlehem Steel was), and turn down the UP Harbor sub to just past the 105 freeway, where it will connect with the ROW of the former PE/SP/UP West Santa Ana branch, through Bellflower to the terminus at Artesia (not to the County line or even to Cerritos) near the 605/91 interchange.
