What is it with federal agencies these days -- extreme outright incompetence that’s what. The economy is falling apart around us and now the STB is fiddling while Rome burns. It took them 5 months to figure out they need more information? With the amount of money being lost by the shippers to carelessly disregard the working families that need those jobs is the height of irresponsibility.

Congress should immediately wipe out the STB and start over. Fire all of the lazy bureaucrats there that are more worried about what plum job they can snag at railroad X and put folks in power that want the United States' economy to work.
