Photographers attending Winterail and are participating in the photo contest are encouraged to read the rules that are printed on the flip side of the "photo ballot" you received with your tickets. We are enforcing the rule regarding "all photos are to be mounted" We have been very relaxed in past Winterail's in this matter. Our staff will re-examine the rules for next year and make the neccesary changes.
We are also exploring the possibility of openning up a new catagory: Staged photo events.

We look forward to all of you attending Winterail 2009 on March 14th.
