NWP Engine House In Cloverdale?

I was just following the old NWP line from Healdsburg up towards Ukiah, and when I got to Cloverdale, I noticed what looks like a single stall engine house with a blue roof… Does anyone know the history of this building? It looks fairly new… Thanx
