SP 2981. This is the lounge that had its furniture removed and became a dance car. It was sold to Amtrak as their 3500 in 1973, along with a number of P-S single and articulated-unit chair cars that were renumbered into the 7500 series (note the car on the right has had its red letterboard painted out, typical of the cars after they were sold).

So is it really 1974? Depends on how soon Amtrak renumbered it.

As trivia, this car is now private car 800633 'Overland Trail'.
