Why is this basic marketing need to tell people who might want to use your transportation services, when the trains are supposed to leave and when they should arrive, so difficult for Amtrak to understand?

Thank you, though. And it's good to see the members of rail dues paying organizations stepping up to do the right thing, in spite of Amtrak's recent history of dubious management thinking and poorly thought out marketing practices.
