Most of the rail lines on Castro Point and Point San Pablo, beyond what's within the Chevron refinery, are abandoned or on parkland now.

So it's highly likely that the trestle is abandoned. I can't see the image - Facebook blocked.

You might try openrailwaymap or even just Google Maps (satellite view) for more information.
