Speaking of fertilizer, it's late this year isn't it? Has the decision not to rebuild the bridge and rebuild the Oakesdale to Thorton caused a reduction of UP furnished fertilizer? Isn't BNSF soaking the shippers a bunch hauling from Napa st to Marshall and has that caused a reduction in traffic??
