The two round trips between San Bernardino and Oceanside every weekend day are the direct descendants of those early chartered RCTC Beach Trains. These Beach Trains were kind of a test run to see if a train would be popular, which they are. The only reason they stated in Rialto is that John Longville (Rialto Mayor) was heavily involved. I rode two of these trains back then. Tickets had to be purchased from the RCTC office ahead of time (before age of online ticket sales).

I don't really see a reason to partner with Uber as all three "destinations" have all these attractions within easily walking distance. Those needing a Uber otherwise should have no problem getting one in these cities.
