OK, here's my foaming degenerate answer: it so happens that 32v 250w incandescent headlight bulbs are no longer available. Many operations are trying to figure out how to proceed. 32v PAR headlight lamps are a relatively easy fix and are widely available. Some are experimenting with LED replacements with mixed results. Not as easy a fix as some might think....
