Here's a recap of what's transpired:
(2.) I told him, "Too bad, so sad." The First Amendment says that speech that hurts people's feelings is protected by the First Amendment.
Where have you been??? Hate speech does far more than hurt people's feelings. At "best" it creates a climate where people do not feel comfortable joining groups (i.e. railfan organizations). At worst, it leads to violence involving severe injury or death which has happened plenty of times in the United States.
You focus on rights, but say nothing about responsbilities. That leads to anarchy.
(3.) You decided to chime in and call me a nazi. I don't know why. Do you consider people who are supportive of the First Amendment "nazis"? I've asked both Jewish Foamer and you to explain why the ACLU sided with the American Nazi Party in 1977.
(4.) Both of you declined to provide an explanation for that and, instead, just want to sling more insults.
The purpose of my post was to push back on bigoted commentary (also excercising my First Amendment rights). I accomplished that and owe you no explanation why the ACLU defended the Nazis 45 years ago.
Given your unrestrained hostility towards so many people, neither BOB2 nor I have no obligation to explain anything to you.
